You're never too old to write to Santa

Dear Santa

I have been naughty, but in very nice ways. For Christmas I want a warm, hard body of the masculine persuasion, but brains aren't required (I'm not picky). I also want to lose a 100 lbs without breaking a sweat and for the teenagers to move out. (Winning the lottery wouldn't be bad either.)

So thanks for coming. I feel like I should shake your hand or something, but that's a little difficult, what with the Internet between us. So excuse the lack of formality (that's not what you were expecting it is?!) and let's get on with it:

In this space I am simply writing about my life, my trials and tribulations, my experiences and adventures, my family and of course my thoughts about the whole crazy thing. I try to inject some humour here and there (if you can't laugh you'll cry, right?). Who knows, you might learn something along the way.
